Roger Smith AIL CEO on Staying Positive
American Income Life offers a career with Opportunity Unlimited. It requires some hard work, time, and stamina, and can be significantly rewarding, both in terms of career success and helping others. If you read last week’s post, you know what I mean about helping your customers in staying prepared in case the unthinkable happens.
In fact, if you’ve been watching the news lately, it seems like recent events have been nothing but consistent reminders in the importance of preparedness – Boston; West, TX; flooding; etc. (of course, one of the reasons we’re so passionate about helping others is that sometimes these reminders happen close to home). And with so much tragedy, it might be easy to get bogged down by bad news after bad news. But even though it’s important to stay up to date on current events, don’t let yourself become overwhelmed by what’s going on in the world, or even what may be going on in your life.
Be the best AIL Representative you can be – stay positive
Do something for yourself to remain upbeat. Go for a run; visit your favorite bakery; have a cup of coffee on the porch. Do something to make yourself feel good, and you’ll see the difference it will make in your energy, your production, and your career. So keep some joy in your life, keep a positive outlook, and make this week your best one yet.
