American Income Life Recipe for Success
In Spotlight, Scott Smith describes the recipe for success for American Income Life and National Income Life representatives.
“There are three main components to your success recipe. They are your current skill level, your potential skill level, and how hard you are willing to work. While your current skill level is what it is, you must be willing to spend additional time on getting better. And remember, getting better doesn’t necessarily mean getting a higher percentage close. It can mean more referrals with a higher conversion ratio. It can mean setting appointments with better geographic compatibility. It can mean less drop downs. Getting better can also mean an improved warm-up and improved conservation efforts.”
What will you do to get better in 2012?
