Goodbye Punta Cana and Important Departure Notes

American Income Life Conventon DepartureIT’S BEEN AMAZING!

Is it Friday already? What an amazing Convention! Excitement was off the charts! The facility, the fellowship, the food, and the entertainment were first class all the way. But you wouldn’t expect anything less from American Income Life, would you? Now it’s time to pack your bags, head for home, and start prepping for next year’s San Diego extravaganza! But don’t forget to stop first for a hearty breakfast at one of the Hard Rock eateries.

Departure notices, which were delivered to your room Wednesday afternoon, contain information about baggage pulls and departure details. Please note: departures have been scheduled by the transportation company. It is very important that you adhere to the schedule to which you are assigned. If you deviate from your scheduled departure, you are responsible for your own transportation to the airport, and the American Income Life assumes no responsibility if you miss your flight.

IMPORTANT NOTE: You are required to check out of the hotel at the front desk and clear your room charges prior to departing the hotel. To expedite check out, the hotel recommends you check out at the front desk the night before your departure. You can settle any extra charges with cash, credit cards, or traveler’s checks. On the day of departure you only need to go to Express Checkout and the hotel staff will remove your wristband and give you a cleared account pass that will still allow you to use the outlets in the hotel until you leave. You will present the cleared account pass to the bell staff. You will NOT be allowed to board the airport shuttle without presenting your cleared account pass to the bell staff at the hotel.

Here’s the day’s agenda:

7:00 am – 11:00 am
Breakfast: Options are Los Gallos, Caio, the Market, Caffeto, Lima Deli, Sante Deli & Rain Deli. Resort casual attire.
