AIL Leadership Academy 201: Building for Ownership
Thirty-four Master General Agents. 22 Agencies. Nine directors. Two days. One vision: build top-notch Agencies with pinpoint, laser-guided precision; recruit, train, set goals, manage conflicts, and empower others to do the same!
What can American Income Life’s top Master General Agents, from Rhode Island to California, expect out of Leadership Academy 201? Two days of information so powerful, so wonderfully packed with content for Agency Builders by Agency Builders, that attending MGAs can expect full-blown personal and professional transformations upon completion.
It’s simple, really – if you want to be a doctor, you go to medical school; if you want to be a lawyer, you go to law school; and if you want to be a State General Agent (or beyond!), you go to AIL Leadership Academy. Only difference is, while the future MDs and JDs build up debt, the future leaders of American Income Life build up wealth – the ability to code, code, and code some more. The ability to do exactly as past #AILLA201 graduates have done: create prosperity and continue the unstoppable expansion of this great Company.
Which attendee will be the next to take the leap to Regional General Agent? Which attendee will take away most from #AILLA201 and ultimately establish a vision, provide influence, set up strong systems, implement those systems and inspect those systems on their path to greatness with AIL?
Could it be Renada Bogan of the Judge Agency? Maybe Andrew Pratt of the Cunningham-Weatherspoon Agency? How about Jennifer Kinder of the Oldham Agency, Cory Hobbs of the Hancock Agency, or Amie McCracken of the Lussier Agency? Or, will it be one of the 29 other MGAs fortunate enough to attend AIL Leadership Academy 201?
The answer, of course, is up to the MGAs themselves.
Attendees – Over the course of #AILLA201, be sure to leave comments below letting your Agencies know of the transformations taking place at the Home Office!
