AIL Leadership Academy 101 – Day 1
What a talented, good-looking, successful group of Agents at this September 2012 Leadership Academy 101. Only the best of the best gets invited to attend AIL Leadership Academy, and these insurance sales Agents are amazingly spectacular. In fact, because we knew this was going to be such an elite group, we brought in the most successful leaders in the Company to speak during this intense week of training.
During Day 1, Leadership Academy attendees got to hear from Vice President of Agency Leadership Development, Larry Strong; Regional Director of Sales, Steve Kafkis; State General Agent, Steve Greer, Regional Director of Sales, Martin Groves (we love his accent), and Executive Vice President, Rob Falvo.
